There is a great news for the people of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. The government is soon going to build a new greenfield expressway from Aligarh to Palwal in Haryana. This expressway will not only make travel easier but will also lead to rapid development of these areas.
Why is the expressway being built?
Currently, the road from Aligarh to Palwal is a bit narrow and bad, due to which people face a lot of trouble while travelling. To overcome this problem and improve connectivity with Delhi-NCR, the government has decided to build this new road. This will benefit many districts of both the states and will also save time in travelling.
How much land will be acquired?
For this project, land of about 30 villages will be acquired. At present, the administration has started its preparation. According to the information, about 160 hectares of land will be acquired from 17 villages, in return for which farmers will be given compensation of about Rs 600 crore.
Which villages will be included in this scheme?
The villages whose land will be acquired for this project include Andla, Chaudhana, Peepal village, Bajheda, Chaman Naglia, Resari, Arrana, Nayawas, Bamouti, Laxmangarhi, Mau, Jarara, Rasoolpur, Ainchana, Udaygarhi, Bankner, Dharampur, Nagla Assu, Itwarpur, Bichpuri, Khedia Buzurg, Bulakipur, Rajpur, Ganeshpur, Damuaka, Usrah Rasoolpur, Fazilpur Kalan, Nangal Kalan and Sotipura. Until the process of land acquisition is completed, the sale and purchase of land in these villages has been banned.
What will be the benefit?
After the construction of this expressway, the journey from Aligarh to Palwal, Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR, Agra, Mathura, Gurugram and Jewar Airport will become very easy.
This new expressway will connect to Yamuna Expressway in Tappal and Eastern Peripheral Expressway in Palwal, which will make the route even better.
The economic condition will also be strengthened.
On one hand, this expressway will make travelling easier and on the other hand, the economic condition of the area will also improve. People will get employment, new businesses will start and farmer brothers will get good compensation for their land.
