Rajasthan News: Good news for lakhs of people of Rajasthan, they will get ownership rights of the land, every inch of these 427 villages is being measured
Under the Pradhan Mantri Swamitva Yojana, drone survey and geo mapping work is being done by the Survey of India for 427 revenue villages of Sirohi district. So far, the work of drone survey and geo mapping of 411 revenue villages has been almost completed and the work of survey and mapping is in progress in 16 villages of the district.

In which the work of drone survey and geo mapping of 411 revenue villages has been almost completed so far and the work of survey and mapping is in progress in 16 villages of the district.
On completion of the work, the villagers will be able to get legal ownership rights of residential houses, plots etc. This includes revenue villages of 5 blocks of the district.
In some places, title deeds have also been distributed. There are 77 revenue villages in Sirohi district where there is no population, due to non-availability of revenue records in these villages, drone survey could not be done there.

The objective of the Pradhan Mantri Swamitva Yojana is to provide legal title deeds, lease of their residential properties to the people living in the rural areas of the country. Under this scheme, every property is marked at the village level using drone survey and geo-mapping technology.

A digital map of all the plots in the populated area of the village will be prepared.
Property card will be made on the exact area of each property in the village.
Land records can be determined accurately.
