New Elevated Road In MP: An elevated road is being built in Madhya Pradesh with 293 pillars, 13 loops and 108 gutters. This 7.42 KM long elevated road is not just a road but a new highway miracle connecting 5 cities. 40 ton heavy gutters will change the direction of speed overnight.

MP News: Work has started on a mega project to get rid of the problem of traffic jam in Gwalior. The 7.42 km long elevated road to be built from Girwai to Phoolbagh will not only ease traffic within the city but will also provide relief to the people of surrounding districts like Bhind, Morena, Shivpuri, Sheopur and Datia. Under this project, 293 pillars, 13 loops and 108 gutters will be installed, which is expected to reduce traffic pressure by 75%.
Construction work of elevated road started
The construction work of 7.42 km long elevated road from Girwai to Phoolbagh in Gwalior is going on at a fast pace. Under this project, a total of 293 pillars will be built and 13 loops are being prepared for movement on the bridge.
The work of placing the gutter has started from June 2, in which each gutter weighs about 40 tonnes and is 24.3 meters long and 1800 mm high. The gutter is being placed on the pillars with the help of two cranes.
General public will get relief from traffic jam
With the construction of this elevated road, the traffic pressure on the main roads of Gwalior city is expected to reduce by 75%. Due to which the general public will get direct benefit.
This road will not only ease the traffic within the city, but people coming from districts like Bhind, Morena, Shivpuri, Sheopur and Datia will also get relief from jam. This will also provide better facilities for regional trade, education and health services.

In this project being built by PNC company, the help of high-tech technology and skilled engineers is being taken. This work is being completed in record time under the supervision of PWD and other departments, which will give a new direction to the development of Gwalior.
Local residents say that the construction of this elevated road will give them relief from daily traffic jams and reduce travel time. Traders believe that this will accelerate business activities and boost economic development.
