Land of 14 villages will be acquired in UP, new township will be built on 6000 acres

UP News: The plan to develop a new township on 6000 acres in this district of Uttar Pradesh is going to benefit the local people. Whenever a project is built in the state, it is natural for the prices of the surrounding land to increase. More than three lakh people will get housing in this new township scheme. Land will be acquired in 14 villages for this project. This proposal has been approved in the board meeting.

Uttar Pradesh News: A new township scheme to be developed on 6000 acres of land in a district of Uttar Pradesh has been approved. 

This project will not only provide employment and development opportunities to the local people, but will also meet the huge demand for housing. This scheme will be implemented through land acquisition in 14 villages.

Lucknow Development Authority will build a new township in 6,000 acres Bakshi Ka Talab. At least three lakh people will get houses in the new municipality. 

For this, LDA will buy land from twenty-four villages (Bhauli, Baurumau, Dhatingra, Gopramau, Laxmipur and Purva). Secretary Vivek Srivastava has led the committee. Kaushvendra Gautam, Chief City Planner, Land Acquisition Officer (Arjan) and Executive Engineer are in the panel. This proposal has been approved in the board meeting.

Slum dwellers will get PM housing

In the board meeting, people have built slums on Khasra number 11-12 situated in Aliganj Sector L. The land belongs to the government. They will be relocated and given housing under the Prime Minister's scheme. About seventy families will get permanent houses.

There will be free holds in Transport City

Lucknow Development Authority will start the facility of free hold in Transport City. Along with this, the registry of plots of those who do not submit allotment records in LDA will be canceled and the plots will be auctioned. Those who have been renting LDA property for a long time have got relief. LDA will now give free hold to the rented property.

The land around 1090 will be sold

The board meeting will approve the sale of LDA's land at 1090 intersection through e-auction. The target is to earn around 200 crore rupees by selling residential and commercial plots here. 

Also, changes in the layout will be allowed in other projects including Mohan Road. More than one lakh flats of LDA are vacant for the last several years. 

Even after a lot of hard work, it could not be saved. Now people will be hired to sell them. Those who will sell the houses on commission. LDA will give them a commission of two to two and a half percent.

Discount will be given on lump sum deposit

A special discount will be given on a small investment on LDA's commercial property. 6% discount will be given on depositing the entire amount in 45 days. 

Five percent discount will be given in 60 days, four percent discount will be given in 75 days and three percent discount will be given in 90 days. 

LDA's property is worth more than four lakhs. Most of the original tenants have left after giving the house and shop to someone else. Now the authority itself will keep the name reserved. Objections will also be registered before taking out the advertisement.
