Uttar Pradesh News: 4 new expressways will be built in UP, these districts will be benefited, good connectivity will be available everywhere
UP News: Under the leadership of Yogi Government, road connectivity in Uttar Pradesh has been moving towards strengthening in the last few years. Under four new road infrastructure projects in Uttar Pradesh, at a cost of Rs. 1050 crore, traffic connectivity will become more smooth in many districts. Construction of four new expressways in the state is a big gift for the public. Wherever the expressway passes, employment as well as land prices increase.
Uttar Pradesh News: The Uttar Pradesh government is going to build four new expressways in the state. For this, the treasury has been opened in the budget.
Finance Minister of Yogi government Suresh Khanna proposed a budget of 1050 crores for the expressway. In this, a green field expressway will be constructed from Agra-Lucknow Expressway to Ganga Expressway Kausia, Hardoi via Farrukhabad.
Both the districts Hardoi and Farrukhabad were not connected to the Agra-Lucknow Expressway till now. Now the government will connect them to the Agra-Lucknow Expressway.
Last month, in Kumbh's cabinet, it was decided to build Vindhya Expressway to connect Ganga Expressway to Sonbhadra via Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi, Chandauli.
Also, the government will extend Ganga Expressway to connect Meerut-Haridwar for better connectivity of UP and Uttarakhand, while the budget has been announced for the construction of Bundelkhand-Rewa Expressway to connect Madhya Pradesh.
Entry controlled green field expressway will be constructed
A total budget of Rs 1050 crore is proposed for these four expressways. Out of these, the maximum amount of Rs 900 crore will be spent on the Greenfield Expressway.
Finance Minister Suresh Khanna has announced this while presenting the budget for the financial year. An entry controlled Greenfield Expressway will be constructed from Agra-Lucknow Expressway to Ganga Expressway Kausia, Hardoi via Farrukhabad, for which a provision of Rs 900 crore is proposed.
Ganga Expressway will be expanded, Haridwar will be connected to Meerut
Also, a provision of Rs 50 crore has been proposed for the construction of Vindhya Expressway to connect Ganga Expressway to Sonbhadra via Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi, Chandauli.
Not only this, the construction of Ganga Expressway Extension Expressway is proposed to connect Meerut to Haridwar, for which an arrangement of Rs 50 crore is being made.
Apart from this, the construction of Bundelkhand-Rewa Expressway is proposed, for which an arrangement of Rs 50 crore will be made.
