Kal Ka Mousam 22 May 2025: Severe heat wave in these states including Haryana-Rajasthan, monsoon will enter India on this day 

The weather in Haryana state is likely to remain generally variable and hot till 23 May. During this period, there is a possibility of frequent change in the winds. Due to the partial effect of a low-activity western disturbance in the state, there is a possibility of intermittent partly cloudy weather and light to moderate winds till 23 May. Kal Ka Mousam

During this period, there is a possibility of sporadic drizzle or light rain with winds at some places in the districts of the northern region of the state on May 20 and in the southern and western regions on May 21. But due to the partial effect of another active western disturbance from May 24, there is a possibility of change in weather and rain once again in the state from the night of May 24.   

Tomorrow's weather in Delhi-NCR 

Most parts of North India including Delhi-NCR are experiencing severe heat at this time. However, the people of Delhi may get some relief from this in the next three days. The Meteorological Department has predicted thunderstorms and rain in Delhi-NCR. Kal Ka Mousam 

According to the IMD, till May 25, Delhi is likely to witness very light to light rain and thundershowers with winds blowing at a speed of 30-40 kmph. On some occasions, the wind speed may also reach 50-60 kmph, which may also be accompanied by dust storms. It is a matter of relief that there is no possibility of heat wave for the next seven days.

Tomorrow's weather in UP

There are chances of change in weather in Uttar Pradesh. There are chances of rain and gusty winds in the state till 25th May. If the weather department is to be believed, the maximum temperature may also fall due to change in weather in the state in the coming days. At present, the heat wave continues in the state. There is severe heat in most of the districts including the capital Lucknow. The weather is becoming pleasant due to wind blowing at night. In this sequence, rain and thundershowers may occur at some places in the western and eastern parts. Also, during this time, thunder and lightning may occur at some places in both the parts along with wind blowing at a speed of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour.

Bihar tomorrow weather 

The weather has changed in Bihar. The effect of easterly wind has increased and the hot westerly wind has decreased. Due to this, it has rained in many districts. The Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rain in some districts. There will be humid heat in Patna, but there will not be much change in temperature. The weather has changed in Bihar due to the increasing effect of easterly wind and the decrease in the flow of hot westerly wind. Kal Ka Mousam

Due to the movement of clouds and strong winds, there has been heavy rain in Seemanchal and surrounding districts. The Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rain in Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj and East Champaran. Winds are likely to blow at a speed of 40-50 km per hour in these places. Patna will have humid heat and light rain is possible. There is no expectation of much change in temperature.

Rajasthan tomorrow's weather 

Most of the areas of Rajasthan are experiencing severe heat. Rain is continuing in some parts of Udaipur and Ajmer divisions. According to the Meteorological Department, the period of severe heat will continue in Bikaner, Jodhpur division and Shekhawati area. According to the department, the period of 'heat wave' is likely to continue in some parts of Bikaner, Jodhpur division and Shekhawati region for the next 3-4 days. Kal Ka Mausam

On the other hand, strong dusty winds can blow at a speed of 30-40 kmph in the border areas of Jodhpur and Bikaner divisions for the next 2-3 days. There will be thunderstorms and storms at some places in Bikaner division on 20-21 May. There is a possibility of light rain and thunderstorms at some places in some parts of Udaipur, Kota and Bharatpur divisions of the state on 19-25 May.

Assam tomorrow weather 

The weather has completely changed in Assam's capital Guwahati. Heavy rain continues here, causing waterlogging on roads and residential areas. Rainwater has accumulated in hundreds of houses in Guwahati. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned of heavy to very heavy rains in many parts of Assam for the next two–three days. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are expected in the western and southern areas of Assam in the next few days and rainfall may go up to 200 mm at some places.

Monsoon will reach Kerala

The southwest monsoon is expected to reach Kerala in the next four to five days, ahead of the normal onset date of June 1. The weather department had earlier forecast that the monsoon would hit Kerala by May 27. According to IMD data, if the monsoon reaches Kerala as expected, it will be the earliest monsoon to hit the Indian mainland since 2009. Kal Ka Mousam

In 2009, the monsoon arrived on May 23. Normally, the southwest monsoon reaches Kerala by June 1 and covers the entire country by July 8. It starts retreating from northwest India around September 17 and withdraws completely by October 15.
